During my PhD, I arrived at the answer-The 5 primordial elements or the Pancha Mahabhutas-the most elemental and globally applicable theory of understanding people, (as evidenced by the popularity and applicability of Ayurveda & Yoga).
And Swayam was born! A patent-pending algorithm-based software for psychometric assessment has been developed which we use to understand people and give them solutions that are aligned to their strengths and dreams.
Organization and ed-institutes are using swayam for critical hiring and student career - decisions.

My frameworks that guarantee reliability in testing, have been adopted by institutions including Heider College of Bus, Creighton Univ, Kaivalyadham Yoga Insti, Amity Insti of Psych & Allied Sciences, UNIVERSITY DUISBURG-ESSEN, for their research involving human behaviour analysis.
Life:
I am passionate about the rich Indian Knowledge Systems, a lifelong student of Naturopathy, Ayurveda & Yoga. I read mythology & spirituality. Astronomy & sci-fi excite me and I am a Star Wars fan! After office, you will catch me walking, cooking, painting, & chatting with family.
